#asktheexpert im getting pain sometimes in stiches and currently im pregnant i am willing to have this pregnancy as normal delivery so can you suggest me some excersize and relief from pain?

A. i mean i hades previous c section that stiches

A. What stitches are you having that you are having a pain that’s not clear to me and till that time we do not give us all the details is difficult to figure out what maybe the reason but currently with the situation that you are having please visit your doctor regarding that
