Q.

Im getting a bladder pain and having a heavy white discharge and feeling like dizzyness is it serious. I have already had my family planning 1 half year ago and feeling slightly pain in my abdominal around my stiches plz help me

A. Pain in bladder and also why the charge is indicative. That you have infection in vaginal area as well as urine infection. So it is better to go for investigations for urine and other investigations with consultation of your doctor and take the treatment as early as possible.
