im breastfeeding my baby is 5 months and this few days my breast milk is low what is the reason and what should I do please help

A. whatever fluids u want to have to have water buttermilk coconut water all in all whatever liquids are so basically including whatever liquid you have every day

A. fluid in the sense water ?

A. If you have done any dietary alterations that could be the reason and sometimes when you reduce of the amount of fluid into your dad that I also can’t make a difference currently I would recommend you that you go ahead be taking a lactation supplement as of now
