im breastfeeding my baby is 5 months and this few days my breast milk is low what is the reason and what should I do please help

RashmiMom of a 11 yr 2 m old girl2 years agoA. whatever fluids u want to have to have water buttermilk coconut water all in all whatever liquids are so basically including whatever liquid you have every day

If you have done any dietary alterations that could be the reason and sometimes when you reduce of the amount of fluid into your dad that I also can’t make a difference currently I would recommend you that you go ahead be taking a lactation supplement as of now
