im a breastfeeding mom i have stopped my breastfeeding 4 days before my breakfast is too hard milk is binding what should i do now?

A. Start doing hot compress that is going to be helpful and you can ask your doctor to advise your medicine which is going to dry up your breast feed within two or three days since you have quit breastfeeding more than this much time but continue with hot compress
