I'm sorry to hear that you're struggling with breast milk that is too hard and binding. One possible solution could be to try pumping or manually expressing some milk to relieve any pressure and soften the milk. Additionally, staying hydrated and incorporating foods that promote milk flow, such as oatmeal and fenugreek, may also be helpful. Have you considered reaching out to a lactation consultant or speaking with your healthcare provider for further guidance? They may be able to provide additional advice and support. Best of luck to you on your breastfeeding journey!

Start doing hot compress that is going to be helpful and you can ask your doctor to advise your medicine which is going to dry up your breast feed within two or three days since you have quit breastfeeding more than this much time but continue with hot compress
