im 7 weeks pregnant, today featus was scanned and told featus is little below the right position at this week. and doctor told to take more rest. so is this much worrying?

You should follow with your doctors advising because on the basis of the report only the doctor must have given you the suggestion it’s really early pregnancy so you should follow everything that your doctor advises that it is going to be benefiting for you and the child
