im 31 years old and I didn't get my periods it's been 40 days...I was prescribed primolut N tablets.....is it safe to use

ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician3 weeks agoA. Yes the medicine is safe to post pone the periods but usually when you stop raking the medicine after few days withdrawal bleeding occurs do it’s better to consult your gynaecologist once

Basically it’s to balance your hormones if a doctors advising you to take it in most of the cases when you don’t get your periods or you have repetitive bleeding it’s suggested to be taken to control your hormonal issues that are there so it has been recommended by your gynaecologist you can take it
