Q.
im 31 now. i had periods pain in my teenage. after my birth of first baby it stopped. now i have two kids 8 yrs & 10 months. Aftr al these years al f a sudden got period pain this month. please explain what are the causes & remedies. thanks in advance

Well, this looks ok but avoid self medication. try giving proper diet n don't miss on dose in this. see more you can ask your own treating doctor. i am sure they will solve all your doubts and guide you

A lot of hormonal change happens into the body after your pregnancy and delivery maybe it share during the first delivery like you do not have a pen and after second delivery again you have resumed their older cycle when you used to have pain is the singer completely normal
