im 28 weeks pregnant I cannot poop well I have taken syrup duphalac but its not working it's been 3to 4 days I haven't poop why

Sunita MahatoMom of 2 children1 Year agoA. u are getting constipated keep urself well hydrated...increase the water intake tk curd daily fr good digestion... follow the doctor add fibre rich foods in diet.. take care
