iis it ok if 4 month is making loud noises. not the cry but loud sounds

RashmiMom of a 11 yr old girl2 years agoA. Sometimes kids scream and shout into excitement also since were saying that your child is not crying that means it is just out of excitement only because after the age of three months you can see a lot of change into the behaviour and pattern of your child
