If u have not given breastmilk to my child from long hours, my breast became tight.. Is that milk bad for child??

Uma RamMom of a 7 yr old boy3 years agoA. Hello good evening !! If you have Normal production of breastmilk long hours of not feeding milk forms as lumps (milk ducts) .
Generally not preferred to feed but 3-4 hours of not feeding formed as lumps is ok but if it's more than 6-8 hours then better express out that milk and feed normally leaving milk ducts cause pain so better do hot pack or ice pack and express out excessive production feed frequently every two hours.
