Q.
if there is no leaky breast does it mean no sufficient milk?

Nothing like that if you have good amount of feeding if you have good amount of lactation for the child the breast usually is little hard and the milk is formulated in other two hours it is not necessary that it is going to leak but the breast is usually heavy after a passage of time
