if my baby is on medication like sinarest AF can I give gripe water at that time?

The medicine you can give if your child is having cold or running nose but gripe water is never recommended to be given to the child it is a very bad product which is available in the market you should never give it the doctors would never ever advise you to give it to the child it has a lot of bad side
