Q.
If my baby is having deficiency of calcium and having some white patches on neck and face. what should I eat so that he get calcium as he take mother milk only and is only 3 months old.

Hi parents I suggest you please consult with your pediatrician about this matter because physical examination is important for proper diagnosis and treatment please mother include natural probiotics and dairy products in your daily diet like fresh curd buttermilk lassi butter paneer ghee milk etc please give daily massage with Babyhug massage oil
