Q.
if my baby has 99.4 degree temperature then should I give paracetamol drops to my 11 months baby. If yes could you tell me the dosage of it.

currently am having P-100 drops and if my baby weighs 10.4 kg at 11 months then could you suggest me how many drops should I give per feed

you have to give paracetamol for fever as well as pain according to the weight of the child as well as according to the strength of paracetamol medicine you are having.
there are different strength of paracetamol available in the market that is it may be in the drops formulation which might be having power of 100 mg or or 125 mg or 150 mg in each 1ml.
in syrup formulation paracetamol has got different powers like 120/ 25mg and 240/ 250 mg in each 5ml.
so the doctor will calculate the dosage according to the power and weight of thex child.
paracetamol can be given max 4 times per day
