A. Try to use a breast pump to pump out milk between and after feedings. This helps to increase the breast milk production. Check Babyhug Manual Breast Pump With 2 Suction Modes : Because of its compact design, you can carry it anywhere and anytime. It is an economical option if you prefer to pump manually. The two adjustable suction Modes enable you to choose as per your requirement and comfort. It comes with a year warranty from the date of purchase. Ask your doctor whether you can be given any herbal supplements to increase breast milk production. Drink plenty of water. Eat a healthy and well balanced diet. Breast compressions also help. Massage your breasts before feeding each time. Do not take stress. Include garlic, fennel seeds, cumin seeds, drumsticks, green leafy vegetables in your diet. Eat a bowl full of Sabudana and oats everyday. In case all of these fail, please contact your doctor.
