Q.

If mild salt is there in baby food, how much time gap should be there for feeding??

A. you can give immediately or as your baby demand.. not to worry. better to avoid adding salt and sugar till one year..as it will affect your baby's developing kidney.. You can give different taste by adding Cummin powder, Curry leaves, coriender leaves, ajawain (carrom seeds), cinnamon,cardamom,ginger, garlic, nutmeg, date puree, or boiled and pureed risings

A. Thanks a lot doctor, I saw one of well known doctors video on youtube who said small amount of saidhav salt you can add in baby diet therefore ask.

A. Hi parent you can give easily digestible food like curd rice and beans khichdi vegetable soup and upma daliya mashes etc with small quantity of spices and ghee you can give small quantity of soji halva sira laddu pancakes sabudana porridge khir etc
