If im taking 60ml of water and 2 scoops of formula it turned to be 70ml... is it correct dilution??

A. Yes of course see it is the basic science and nature that in a certain amount where you add some powder or something the water is about to rise of course it become 70 ML we say 60 ML because the water amount is supposed to be so there is no problem
