if I will take iron and calcium tablet will it help to improve baby weight?

The Iron supplement you are taking for yourself to maintain the strength and energy in the body it is not going to help you but yes of course that it is good that you are going to eat something so your milk and things are going to be healthy so that it is going to be good for child but it is not going to help in weight gaining for your child
