Q.

if I pump and keep my breast milk how should I give it to baby after 2 hours ..shall I have to boil it and give it to her

A. hello. At room temperature (no more than 25 degrees C), for up to six hours. In a home freezer (at minus 18 degrees C or lower), for up to six months. In a fridge (at four degrees C or colder), for up to five days.To warm breastmilk, you should place it in a container of hot water where it can absorb heat from some of the surrounding liquid.
