Q.

If I just express the milk and give in bottle rather than directly breastfeeding the babies will it help me to increase the supply?

A. hello expressing your milk and giving the baby can help to increase the secretion and also try to take lactare tablet which can help to increase the breastmilk and also hace fruits and vegetables and green leafy vegetables especially sabbakki and fenugreek which can help
