If I give my 20 months old baby sebamed cream,will turn black on his face and body?

No nothing like that if any product suit the skin of the child it will always help in elevating the moisturising in the skin of the child and if it does not suit it will make the skin dry and that is when it looks dark creams do not change the colour complexion they just make it either moisturise or dry so if you want to use this brand you can of course go ahead with it
