if i give beetroot to my baby then same or next day motion is in somewhat pink colour is it ok?

SanthoshiMom of a 8 yr old girl4 months agoA. Yes beetroot color motion will discharge, this is normal only. Try to offer the same in the juice form, which will reduce the color in motion. Give high calorific value vegetable foods and high fibre fruits can be given for their vood health.
