if I gave by mistake 1 ml extra cepodem 100 syrup to my 4.5yr to kid. Is there any effect on a child?

a single heavy dose for the child should not cause any major problem. there is a possibility that the child might have vomiting. it will be single episode and then it should stop. on thge side effects part it may not be that much relevant so no need to worry.
it is important that in the future you should give proper quantity to the child in case of medicines
