If I don't get periods cramps then should I have Oxytocin hormone deficiency?? Can I get any problem in future for having period cramps?? explain plz mam

A. if you are not having any period cramps it is good and nothing to worry about not necessary that every time period cramps should be present. follow a Healthy lifestyle with regular daily walking

A. This type of painful period should not negatively impact your fertility. Period cramps that are caused or worsened by other diseases or abnormalities of the reproductive system are called secondary dysmenorrhea. It's this type of painful period that can be associated with trouble getting pregnant.
