ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist3 years agoA. Dear parent, rather than giving any sort of commercially available packaged foods to your 7 months old baby, it is better to give homemade food. For convenience and quick cooking, you can give homemade cereal pulse premix or homemade cerelac.
