if breast feeding mother is having thyroid does it affect baby too? is it necessary to do the thyroid test of baby? what symptoms can be seen in baby?

A. Thyroid is not contagious so obviously your child is not going to get it from you through breastfeeding so please do not worry about a lot of women have thyroid and sugar during pregnancy or even before that but they feed their child continuously and it does not create any negative impact to the child and there is no need to get the thyroid test done for your child
