Its Absolutely normal probably just taking a break to breathe properly which is why this is happening it’s absolutely normal you just have to teach a child is full for a minimum of 120 minutes after taking a feed then that’s good enough and if the child is gaining a minimum of 500 g every month then that’s very good weight gain
