Q.

if baby goes motion watery yellow with bubble like... what might be the problem and while going he struggles and passes the motion.....

A. If the child is not suffering with lose motion since it is normal because sometimes kids apply a lot of pressure while pooping that is why bubbles can come so that can be the situation and if it is a loose motion loose motion then you consult a doctor for further assistance
