Q.
my baby poop is lemon yellow colour and it is stretchy and some watery and he is pooping after feeding immediately.what might be the reason

RashmiMom of a 11 yr 2 m old girl2 years agoA. Well this could be due to stomach infection as well but since without proper check up we cannot be sure about the Singh I would recommend you to kindly get a check with your doctor they would be able to give a better clarity on the situation
