if a pregnant women tests positive, with no other health issues, will they recover.. both baby and the mother?

A. see no one can predict how covid will behave. so try yo stay positive. you have to be committed to l eat well ok. weight. eat more of fruits and vegetables and take lots of water. exercise like aerobic and cardios too
