Q.

If a mother is a pneumonia patient , then she can give breastfeed to her baby?

A. yes you can give breastfeeding, just avoid for 1 hour after intake of medications. and also consult with your treating doctor, as knowing all conditions of disease stage, they would advice more better

A. I would suggest that if possible avoid breastfeeding that time, and consult your doctor. They suggested you better, sometimes they suggested to start Formula milk for babies. you can check out prebiotics HMO's rich Aptamil Gold formula milk, its component is very close to mother milk, which is good for the gut health of babies .
