if 2doses of pcv 1 cost is 2200 and the booster dose is different from pcv1 .pcv2 is 3800 is it harmful

A. yes it is given ti baby. Vaccination should be done now as most of Vaccination schedule has been disturbed during this covid period specially under 1 yr of vaccines should be completed . Also go for yearly influenza vaccine as per covid reccomendation .
