DM depending upon the birth weight of the child it can be very gradual increase in the weight as a feeding mother you need to stay hydrated keep your diet light and healthy so as to pass on healthy to your baby you need to observe the following pattern gradually whenever you next visit to your child he will give you a chat after proper check up of the child according to that you can have a proper eye on the weight gain of your baby
