Q.

Iam suffering with upper back bone pain since after my cesarean delivery. Consulted near doctor. Medication done. Reports said there is no problem in the back bone. Busy life with my small kid. Hw to get rid off this pain?

A. I know the backache is very uncomfortable but it happens you to hormonal changes and it may last even up to a couple of years. Try using a belly band to support the back and also pillows well sleeping in sitting and take calcium medications along with vitamin D medications regularly.
