Of course you can feed your child during fever cold cough these are very common things and very commonly seen happening every second day to somebody or the other so that does not restrict your mother specially to feed the child if you’re having fever you can feed your child during the time of cold and cough also you can feed just take proper medicines with your doctors consultation
