iam suffering from abdominal pain from last 45 days, and in abdominal scan cyst was found, please tell me is it serious and any surgery needed. and please suggest medication , iam attaching report, thank you

A. other things has to be taken in account that is what is the size what organs it is involving so your doctor is the best person to guide you whether it will complicate or not
