Have you thought of getting an allergy test done for both of you because it if it has been for such a long time it could be an allergic reaction to both the mother and the child there is a possibility so you can get an allergy test done to know that and for home remedy for both of you I would recommend to have ginger juice and honey mixture three times in the day I don’t have any water on top of that
