Q.

Iam feeding mybaby by lying her on my legs like olden can i feed in that way and if o observ every answer was feed your baby head up postion while feeding what this actually mean

A. So Basically you are saying that you are making your child sitting cross-legged position as in you know how we traditionally feet sitting and feeding the child so when we say that keep the child and elevated position means that when you are feeding your child you should keep a hand under the head of your child so the body is in the same line but the head is little elevated towards the top so that way the milk is easier for a child to consume
