iam feeding mother of 6 months baby. after 6 months of delivery i got my 1st period on 25th august. but again so far i didnt get any period..whether there will be any irregularities ?

ExpertDr Priyanka KalraObstetrician and Gynaecologist3 years agoA. then check pregnancy. you have to be committed to shed weight ok. exercise n diet both are important. do workout n eat more salads to get a healthy weight loss. For maintenance of gap between two pregnancy you need proper contraception. it can be any method yet practice it regular and don't miss on any dose to prevent its failure. pils, copper T or condoms all can work ok
