A. Pumping yeild is expected to be less when babies nurse before. Pumping after 3-4 hours may give more yeild. It's always a natural concern to wonder if your little one is getting enough nutrients while breastfeeding. Some signs to look out for would be if your baby is gaining weight appropriately, has at least six wet diapers a day, and seems happy and content after feeding. Trust your instincts, but don't hesitate to reach out to a lactation consultant or healthcare provider if you have any questions or concerns. You're doing an amazing job taking care of your baby!
