Iam a mother of 6months old baby girl after my csection my weight was gained can uh suggest a better diet chart to lose my weight in detail

A. only way to lose weight is to do moderate exercises which can do six months after cesarean section brisk walking yoga will help a lot take adequate protein diet less in fats and carbohydrates

A. hi dear Fruits: Apple, Avocado, Banana, Pears, muskmelon, Peaches, Plums, Prune. Vegetables: Carrot, Pumpkin, Sweet Potato. Cereals & Grains: Rice, Ragi, Barley, Semolina/Suji/Rava, sabudhana/Sago/Tapioca, Ragira/Amaranth/Phool Makhana, Quinoa. Pulses: Yellow Moong Dal.
