iam a mother of 27months old baby and iam unable to loose weight of my stomach . can you help me

A. Hello mom For that you should start doing yoga regularly. Yoga is very effective in losing pregnancy weight and specially tummy fat. You should do yoga at least for 40 minutes every morning to get better results. You should also cut the calories intake and add more fiber food in your regular diet plan. Happy parenting
