iam a breastfeeding mother I have 4 months old baby girl I feel pain in my nipple while my baby latches nipple are hard and it pains alot I feel scared sometimes to breastfeed because of the pain how can I reduce

A. Hello mom you may apply warm coconut oil or ghee on the nipple at regular intervals it would give some relief , also you may clean the nipple after every feed with a slighty wet and soft napkin,

A. i had this when she was born it was there till 40 days i used to applu nipcare ointment after each feed it gor better

A. feel in pain in nipples this is common as u are lactating mother.. it is important to keep nipples well moisturized and nourished... use mama earth nipples soothing cream or himalaya nipples soothing cream
