iam a breastfeeding mom having chest pain.how to increase breast milk my baby is not having formula milk

A. Shatavari powder you can take three times in the day with warm milk that is going to be helpful and chest pain usually is associated with gas so you can take a medicine for gas if it helps otherwise if you continuously feel chest pain please consult your doctor once
