iam 3months old mother.and c section.but tommy was not decreased.what is best solution pls tell me

Maam tummy doesn’t go away on its own after getting a delivery done you have to go ahead with doing a workout and diet in order to get back in shape then only things are going to fruitful otherwise not so whenever you stop breastfeeding the child you can go ahead with workout and exercise
