Iam 35 yrs Ola and month we of 5 yr old.My current weight is 72kg with height 5’1”.I came to know today that iam pregnant with my 2nd child.Whether I should proceed with pregnancy with such high weight.

A. Namaste Mom, Would recommend that you continue with the preganancy . you may be mindful of your diet z have healthy foods limit sugary , processed , refined foods . go for walks , keep yourself physcially active
