Iam 35 week 2days pregnant. And I only gained 4.5 kg weight. The baby's weight at 30th week was 1.473kg and the next scan is due on August 12th. Is it ok?

A. Hello mam the foetus weight is fine but your weight gain depends on many factors such as your orepregnancy weight etc . take fresh home made fresh foods and also natural foods keep your self hydrated with fluids as well , and go for walks
