You might get if only they are accumulated in the menstrual cup,it may feel like tarry dark periods:
Better consult your gynecologist once

If there was a less discharge in your previous period cycle then these are chances of old blood coming out in dark colour in the next cycle. Eat a well balanced healthy diet and keep yourself hydrated all through the day. Better consult your doctor once if you are still concerned. Good luck and take care.
