i would like know about the diet to control hypertension (HBP).

A. Hello ma’am If your requirement is so specific then in my advise it would be best for you to consult a nutritionist because the doctor can advise you about the food that you should be eating and about the food that you should be avoiding during hypertension and that we probably things will be better with you over the period of time
