i went outside for one day and my baby was taking powder milk on that day. Next day when i came back my breastmilk stop suddenky means less milk is coming out. what to do?

NikithaMom of a 10 yr 11 m old boy4 years agoA. hello to improve the milk secretion you can try to take lactare tablet which can be helpful and also have fruits and vegetables and green leafy vegetables especially sabaki and fenugreek which can help to increase the milk secretion whicg shouldbe better
